We now joke that Mike talked my husband off the ledge. He came up with options where we could move forward and minimize risk. Mike assisted us throughout the process as we lived in a CA and bought in WA, and we did not return until the move; everything was transacted virtually through Mike. Mike is very knowledgeable, creative with how to work financial options, has a good sense of humor, high integrity, and is an enjoyable person to be with. This was my first house purchase, and I was moving from California. Mike was able to work with me at the times I was able to visit the island. Mike knows his way around the island very well. This being my first house, I had lots of questions! Mike was very patient and always had an answer for my sometimes silly questions. He was able to catch the mental image I had of what type and style of house I wanted, even though I couldn't find the words. He's funny and personable and yet knows his business. I wouldn't have found my amazing new home if Mike was not a part of the process.

Mike did a good job for us. We are from Eastern Washington so most all of our communication was done remotely and by phone.
